About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Key Account Manager to join our team in Hangzhou. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, including private hospitals and medical institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth and market share.
  • Identify and develop high-potential key clients, creating opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives for the region.
  • Design and execute KA activities to drive business results.
  • Collaborate closely with market and sales teams to manage key client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Embody and promote Novo Nordisk's core values, adhering to regulatory, financial, and other company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in private channel key client management, or 2 years of sales management, product management, or KA experience.
  • Strong understanding of private channel key clients and decision-makers' daily work content and related decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with private channel key client contract design and execution.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the Chinese pharmaceutical market.
  • Understanding of clinical disease-related and pharmaceutical-related key information.
  • Experience in the Chinese pharmaceutical market, self-pay healthcare, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
  • Familiarity with non-public channel markets (required).
  • Knowledge of regional business and market, as well as key clients.
  • Private channel key client management experience is a plus.
  • Self-pay and injectable pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
