Job Description
Undertake the training functions for retail partners and departments, ensuring the implementation of training programs for various projects.
Based on the actual needs of business departments, utilize various training methods and tools to organize and deliver training courses. Training topics include but are not limited to category management, store operations, membership management, and new media operations.
Combine current market trends to provide valuable insights and actionable perspectives for clients.
Collaborate with the team to maintain client relationships and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above.
Over 5 years of experience in retail, with relevant training and practical experience on the internet or retail industry.
Strong data analysis skills with a keen understanding of industry dynamics.
Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking ability, logical reasoning, learning agility, and communication skills.
English communication skills in daily use
