About the role:

Provide support and clerical expertise to Food and Beverage and respond to guest and employee inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. This role is part of Food and Beverage department, reporting into Director of Food & Beverage.

What you will do:

Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments for Director of Food and Beverage and answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards.

Type correspondence, reports, composition of letters, and memorandums; open, examine, sort, incoming mail and when appropriate gather information necessary for response; take and distribute departmental and divisional meeting minutes.

Assist in completing special projects, which may include mailings, competitive surveys, menus or other assigned duties; maintain and order office supplies.

What you bring:

Minimum one year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required.

Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software.

Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.

Requires basic computer skills for online training.

Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language.

Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively.

Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft.

This is a full-time position.

The working hours will primarily be daytime, during weekdays and weekends.
