Key responsibilities & accountabilities

Identify new business opportunities and work closely with sales team to capture the opportunities. Support sales team to provide sector solutions & services to clients. Identify speaking opportunities for BSI to position BSI as the leader in the related sectors. Maintain relationship with existing partners to keep a fluent communication between BSI and partners. Develop new partners and design cooperation scheme. Develop joint BD programs with business partners to generate more sales leads to fully support the sales drive. Develop and implement marketing programs with sales team’s demand as input to retain customers, develop business and generate leads. Search, collect & help maintain customer database. Develop sales kits & selling tools such as business collaterals including brochure, product DM, sales guideline, case studies, successful stories to enhance sales’ competency.


Candidate specifications

University degree or above More than 2-year BD/marketing and sales experience in management consulting/training company is preferred Strong BD & Marketing sense is required Organised & flexible; multi-tasked and highly efficient Strong team player; solutions orientated & problem solver Proactive, have sense of ownership, passion & commitment to work Professional and ethical Experience to organise marketing events is preferable Fluent English is required
