- Document all sales activities on Salesforce.

- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA considered advantageous.
- Brings 5 to 10 years of experience in the cosmetic ingredient industry, showcasing a successful sales track record and deep market understanding.
- Displays exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Possesses strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese as mandatory additional languages.
- Willingness to travel in Asia.
