We are seeking a dynamic Total Rewards Lead for the JPAC region to join our team based in India or Singapore. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent by offering competitive total rewards packages.

Key Responsibilities

Align total rewards strategy with global principles and business objectives, ensuring competitive and compelling programs across the JPAC region.

Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness and deploy global compensation & benefits policies, proposing necessary updates.

Lead the deployment of specific compensation & benefits projects globally and co-develop the new Galderma Global Job Architecture project across all JPAC markets.

Effectively communicate and train stakeholders on the new global job catalogue and grading methodology, embedding it across all HR processes in the region.

Oversee the implementation and administration of compensation structures, including base pay, bonuses, and allowances, and ensure alignment with business performance.

Evaluate and make decisions on how to improve the benefits offerings including but not limited to health & life insurances, retirement plans, company cars and transportation benefits, and other perquisites, to meet the changing needs of employees and maintain competitiveness across JPAC Region.

Bring a data and analytics perspective to all compensation decisions, managing employee benefits programs and evaluating improvements to meet changing needs.

Support global mobility offers, coordinate local HR teams, stay abreast of labor laws and industry trends, and ensure compliance across JPAC.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits theories and practices in a multi-country/regional scope.

Strong experience in global/international markets and operating in a multicultural environment.

Full proficiency in English.

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Workday.

Ability to perform independent research and analysis, presenting sophisticated recommendations to stakeholders.

Results-driven, hands-on team player capable of functioning independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong ability to gain trust and respect, supporting decision-making processes with business knowledge and functional competence.
