Our global client is a global advertising agency. We are looking for an experienced Media Planner to join their growing team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish communication channels and conduct regular online and offline meetings with partners to build cost-effective relationships with TikTok, Snapchat, Newsbreak, and Nextdoor.
  • Improve terms of cooperation with partners (increasing rebates, credit lines, NET terms).
  • Organize the process of regularly sharing insights, beta tools, special trade offers, policy changes, etc.
  • Control rebate payments and ensure the availability of funds in partners' accounts.
  • Review, refine, and optimize cross-department business processes to enhance practical knowledge about the platforms and best practices.
  • Establish direct, cost-effective relationships with Meta Manage and ensure the performance and profitability from TikTok, SnapChat, Newsbreak, and Nextdoor.
  • Provide guidance and support to Media Sales and Support teams in cross-selling TikTok, Snapchat, Newsbreak, and Nextdoor.
  • Guide the Compliance team to ensure effective collaboration with TikTok, Snapchat, Newsbreak, Nextdoor, and Meta. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure the availability of funds in partners' accounts.
  • Establish communication with the creative team to obtain TikTok and Snapchat Creative Partner status.
  • Create and improve internal processes.
  • Distribute tasks on a daily basis and monitor their implementation.
  • Meet assigned goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Experience of at least 2 years as a Partner Manager, specializing in developing and managing relationships with various social media platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital media strategy and experience in developing relationships with traffic sources and client support processes.
  • Strong communicative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive reporting to international partners, ensuring transparency and accountability in communication.
  • English proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
