As part of a Regional/Zone Partner Development team, aid and facilitate the successful growth of revenue, derived through the Indirect Channel in terms of performance and productivity improvement, increased market/industry coverage and account penetration. Build productive business relationships with Partner Solution Partners, Partner Management Executives and Partner Sales Executives within a Regional / Zone territory, aligned to SPL Regional/ Zone objectives. Contribute and support business planning to accomplish goals of Partner Managers and Solution Partners. Develop financially quantified value propositions to recruit new partners and align with their business models’. Expand and grow existing partners in alignment with SPL Country level objectives. Direct and oversee coverage and capacity planning and alignment with Partner Managers and Solution Partners, including enhanced portfolio coverage. Works on projects/assignments of strategic scope. Works under self management. Mentor and guide junior Partner Development Executives.
