In this role, you have the opportunity to
Join the rapidly developing health systems business, drive change, and build effectiveness.
You are responsible for
- Analyzing and reporting selling prices for assigned product range. Collaboration with local marketing and relevant BGs.
- Analyzing pricing KPIs and acting as a consultant towards sales, marketing and finance to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvements.
- Coordinating the documentation and audit trail of the process and analysis.
Verifies the accuracy of the data being used for the calculation and ensures that the correct prices are reported in a timely manner. - Carrying out general activities to support the execution of sales processes, tasks, projects.
- Ensuring price quotes and contracts are negotiated within the Commercial Policy guidelines.
- Ensuring proper functioning of the minimum price escalation process Put business insight into daily work, such as special price analysis, new biz situation handling, disc analysis, drive an efficient approach to support sales team in the most efficient manner.
- Assisting the Senior Analyst with the analysis and data gathering process improvement
You are a part of
Commercial Operation and Planning Team. Reporting to Commercial Policy and Pricing Director who base in Shanghai.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Min 5 years working experience in Pricing, Finance or or Commercial areas of IVD or other medical industry; preferably with management and audit consultant firm plus commercial experiences.
- Possess initiative, business acumen and good presentation and communication skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with very strong Excel skills, experience using, Power BI, etc,
- Proactive, strong, trustworthy and convincing personality with strong selling skills as the candidate shall build strong credibility with all functional peers.
- Self-starter, demonstrate sense of urgency and results-orientation.
