About Our Client
Our client is one of the Automotive key players in the market. Due to their business transformation, they are now looking for an APAC Business Development VP to join the organisation for further business expansion.
Job Description
The APAC Business Development VP will directly report to the Regional President, and be responsible for:
The business sales growth in APAC region including strategic marketing, product marketing, new customer's expansion, sales process & sales team managementAnalysing Automotive market evolution and competition landscape in order to develop the growth strategy, business plans and go-to-market strategy to achieve profitable growthAnalyse the market segments demands & develop products road map; proactively work with global and local R&D team to drive the new product launch with the right costs & value propositions Being able to work with Global, regional and local operation teams in order to make sure product's cost effectiveness in order to win new business in EV carsActing as the key contact window for electrical vehicles product strategy and road map setupAnalysing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales process including partner network development, leads generation, bidding, sales tools, pricing management, sales competence improvement to identify the gaps and develop the initiatives to close the gapBeing able to lead, train and drive the team for the business growth and business transformation from traditional cars to EV carsThe Successful Applicant
The right candidate needs to have:
Bachelor degree or above. People who graduated from 985/211 university will be highly preferredEngineering background with good communication skill in English and MandarinProven business development experience in New Energy Cars; people who once had P&L exposure will be a plusHands on also a strong team management individual with proven business acumen and personal influencing skillsBeing able to work across different countries/culture and equipped with good communication skill with the headquarterResult driven person with proven business strategic thinkingA passionate calibre with a "Can Do Attituade"What's on Offer
