We believe that modern luxury means being socially and environmentally responsible; this mindset is core to our business and key to our long-term success.JOB PURPOSE提供令人鼓舞的店铺销售经验,最大化每天的销售额,支持店铺的日常运营RESPONSIBILITIES持续性的为客户提供高品质的服务个人形象符合品牌标准和公司着装要求了解客户并选择适合客人的销售方式来开展销售。具备良好的产品知识、客服反对意见以及提供适当的附加项目(与销售相关的)收集客户资料并建立客史资料库有效处理电话预订、问讯以及店内各种促销活动知晓如何处理客人投诉的程序.知晓店铺销售目标,并努力达成品类及店铺销售目标补充商品以确保店适当的店铺运作.参与店铺盘点并确保店铺货品数量准确确保所有的货品都有正确的标签和说明协助店铺货物送递(如有要求)知晓并有效地执行销售所有流程,比如:退款、换货、增值税、客人投诉、备用金 (现金、信用卡授权、订金)等知晓并执行公司关于员工内部购买程序知晓并遵守店铺有关健康与安全的程序并参加健康与安全、损失预防的培训(如有要求)积极参与员工培训和店内会议保证店铺日常的清洁完成店长或管理层分配的其他任务.在必要情况下能周末或者节假日上班能在工作时间以外参与货品调配保证店铺运营顺利进行执行管理人员分配的其他指责PERSONAL PROFILE具有服务意识,多样化,工作努力有上进心掌握流利的英语和普通话良好的沟通技巧自我激励,完成目标至少2年以上时尚零售行业销售经验, 奢侈品行业经验优先FOOTERBurberry作为一家提供公平就职机会的雇主,公正平等地对待每一位申请者,并仅以技能和经历的考核为标准进行招募。 Posting Notes: 中国 || 不合适的 || 北京 || RETAIL OFFLINE || OUTLET || n/a ||
