Marketing Tasks: 

• Create and execute annual Marketing Plan. 

• Create, update, and maintenance of marketing and promotional materials for School’s programs, events, and activities. 

• Create and collect promotional and informational content for social media, advertisements, website, and other promotional channels. 

• Liaise with foreign commercial entities, consulates, marketing partners, and other stakeholders in the Guangzhou community as necessary. 

• Continual exploration of new advertising and marketing channels and opportunities. Monitoring existing advertising and marketing contracts for renewal purposes and suggest appropriate course of actions to be taken. 

• Regularly review the market and provide reports, insights, and suggestions for improvement of marketing strategies and school programs. 

• Liaise with concerned department heads to ensure campus condition consistently represents the highest standards and expectations of School’s community and prospective families. 

• Lead, plan, organize and implement informational and promotional workshops for new family orientation, Open Day, and other events regularly. 

• Other activities and projects as assigned by the School Board or Head of School.
