  • Management experience in a fast-paced front of house food environment
  • Familiarity with local and global food safety regulations
  • Proficiency in local market requirements and consumer behavior in an omnichannel setting
  • Understanding of the IKEA brand, its concept, core values, and vision
  • Leadership qualities for a high-pressure dining experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and organize tasks
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with colleagues at all levels
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently
  • Resilience and self-motivation in challenging situations
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customers: Ensure guests have a memorable experience, anticipate their needs, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Commercial: Collaborate on IKEA Food action plans, implement marketing strategies, and enhance the food range identity
  • People: Recruit based on IKEA values, provide training, and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Steering the Business: Drive sales growth, ensure guest and team satisfaction, and monitor key performance indicators
  • Operations: Coordinate closely with the Kitchen Production Manager for smooth operations
