Job Description
主要职责
- 负责所支持事业部层面奖金政策的制定,确保业务运营策略的落地执行和奖金政策驱动的有效性。
- 深入了解事业部业务、匹配BU的业务目标和策略明确销售队伍的有效性关键行为驱动因素;
- 制定所负责BU的年度奖金政策,并根据每个BU的一些特殊情况做出相应合理的奖金调整方案,稳定和激励销售团队,保留人才,支持业务的运作;
- 支持奖金团队leader通过内外部的对标和深入分析,结合行业数据支持人力资源部一同制定具有行业竞争力的薪资体系和激励体系,以激励销售业绩短期及长期的增长;
- 支持奖金团队leader制定出公司跨BU的按业务和产品属性分类的奖金顶层设计,包含新产品(普药、特药)、战略产品、成熟产品的OTI(目标奖金值),奖金的构成和结构占比,支持公司的业务和产品策略的落地执行,保证公司不同产品间的奖金的公平性、合理性和激励性, 助力公司整体目标的达成;
- 负责所支持事业部销售激励计划的沟通,支持奖金团队leader建立积极有效的沟通平台,确保所有销售团队能更清晰的理解公司奖金政策。
- 负责奖金政策的严格精确的执行,保证奖金政策的精准执行,奖金计算流程的及时性和合理性,保证奖金计算结果的准确,并准时提供给HR奖金计算结果,保证每个月奖金的即使发放;
- 对销售奖金计划进行持续跟踪和分析,监督总体销售业绩和销售激励的效果,确保及时处理紧急事件,快速响应和支持业务特殊情况和外部市场情况的变化的策略调整;通过定期对奖金的深入分析和洞察,不断地优化奖金方案和激励体现,驱动业务目标的达成
- 妥善处理奖金的申述处理,保证奖金特批的公平公正和合理;
- 支持奖金团队leader定期提供财务MPR/MYC/LBE奖金预测,做好奖金预算的管理,保证流程的合理性
Qualifications:
教育背景
- 大学本科及以上学历,数学、统计学、财经专业优先,MBA preferred
相关领域工作经验
- 要求医药行业Top MNC 6年以上SFE领域相关工作经历
- 必须做过两年以上奖金相关工作
- 有管理团队经验
- 有咨询公司相关工作经历优先
专业知识与技能
- 优秀的沟通能力及领导力;
- 优秀的逻辑思维及分析能力,熟悉市场营销,医疗,销售和人力资源相关内容;优秀的数据洞察和数据分析能力;
- 良好的表达能力,丰富的项目管理经验;
- 英文流利,熟练操作Excel, PowerPoint
