As a key player in the Biotechnology division of Danaher, we unite specialized expertise and talent to drive the evolution of groundbreaking therapeutics.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Take charge of labor and employee relations strategies in Asia
  • Offer strategic guidance and day-to-day support on various employment-related matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and more
  • Collaborate on union-related issues with the HR Manager
  • Support regional change initiatives
  • Provide legal counsel on HR policy, Labor Law, and Collective Bargaining laws
  • Manage employment litigation and external legal counsel

Key requirements for this role:

  • Demonstrated experience in labor and employee relations in Asia within a multinational environment
  • Strong background in union relations and building positive relationships with unions
  • Proficiency in Mandarin

  • Legal qualification
