Your role and responsibilities
  • Arranging meeting and coordinate with appointments. Preparing necessary documents for meetings and events, to organize internal or external meetings, to ensure that the necessary arrangement required for the successful meetings, such as meeting invitations, agenda, office facilitates, take and distribute meeting minutes and tracking actions, etc
  • Preparing good quality documentation and assists in researching, compiling, verifying, analyzing, proof-reading and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.
  • Being responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date in local division
  • Supporting planning of events, promotes and participates in community programs and performs other tasks to positively promote the Company's image
  • Supporting on maintain good relationship at all levels of government, public services and other authorities to facilitate communication and help advance the organization's business interests
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 3+ years experience of secretary or team assistant in multi-national company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent in MS Office software
  • Fluent in English both written and reading
  • Financial background will be a plus
