Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with distributors in customer education and scientific promotion to reach sales target
  • Work with vertical sales team, to initiate local sales plan based on national strategies and execution
  • Hire/manage/evaluate ID distributors in territory.
  • Visit end users to deeply understand their needs and questions, and provide timely feedback and solutions to customers.
  • Prioritize training and application support to customers and distributors in territory

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in medicine, clinical laboratory, or relevant majors
  • 3+ years' experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record
  • Good communication skill, High team spirit
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Work hard, and willing to face challenge
