As the Global CEO , you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, overseeing operations, and ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives in the Global Market
Job Description
1.Steering prominent businesses towards a trajectory of sustainable, market-surpassing growth, ensuring budgetary compliance.
2. Possessing the proficiency and expertise to reshape and institutionalize the commercial organization.
3.Establishing operational systems and infrastructure, and enhancing technological advancements to pave the way for future business expansion.
4.Demonstrating the capability and experience in successfully integrating acquisitions.
5.Continuously fostering the depth and calibre of leadership talent, while fostering a cohesive culture centered on customer satisfaction, performance excellence, and accountability.
The Successful Applicant
- Possessing extensive CEO-level leadership experience, having steered both multinational corporations (MNCs) and local non-state-owned enterprises (non-SOEs) to success.
- Proven ability to effectively manage companies generating over 1 billion in revenues
- Deep-seated experience in reforming and reshaping commercial organizations to enhance their performance.
- Well-versed in the nuances of the 2B market, particularly in industries with standardized product offerings.
- Ideal candidates will possess experience in areas such as pharmaceutical excipients, packaging, low-cost medical consumables/devices, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), or chemicals, with a focus on serving a comparable customer base. What's on Offer
