The Solution Manager role at Cytiva entails utilizing the company's and cross-Opco/Platform resources to bolster key applications. Responsibilities include elevating the Cytiva/DHR brand, excelling in product localization, and collaborating with diverse teams to drive localization initiatives. The ideal candidate will take the lead in organizing and participating in Design for Bioprocessing Systems (DBS) kaizen events to enhance operational efficiencies.

This position is within the D&M Modality based in Shanghai and is an on-site opportunity. At Cytiva, we are committed to advancing upcoming therapies from discovery to delivery.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

• Workflow Solution Development: Creating and implementing workflow solutions utilizing Cytiva and cross-Opco/Platform resources for top-tier life sciences applications.

• Brand Enhancement: Leveraging solutions to boost the visibility and reputation of Cytiva/DHR branding and capabilities within the industry.

• Product Localization Expertise: Excelling in product and manufacturing localization to meet regional market demands and standards.

• Product Localization Pipeline Management: Identifying product gaps in collaboration with Product Managers (PMs) and establishing a robust localization pipeline to address these gaps.

• Collaborative Approach: Working closely with cross-functional teams to propel the localization process and incorporate regional perspectives into product development.

• DBS Kaizen Events: Facilitating Design for Bioprocessing Systems (DBS) kaizen events to continuously refine workflow efficiencies.

• Sales Enablement: Equipping the sales team with essential tools, training, and resources to enhance sales productivity and efficacy.

The essential qualifications for this role are:

• Master's Degree in Biology and a minimum of 5 years of sales/research experience in the life sciences or healthcare sector.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Exceptional communication and written skills in Mandarin and English, tailored for various audiences.

Previous experience in the following areas would be advantageous:

• Minimum of 3 years in the Life Science industry with a solid grasp of bioprocess engineering principles and applications. A genuine interest in Design for Bioprocessing Systems and a willingness to learn and implement DBS principles.

• Prior involvement in product localization or international product development.

• Understanding of business development or possession of an MBA.
