Objectives:

  • High quality monitoring of whole Order to Cash Process. Make sure order input and delivery in time.
  • Take full responsibility of providing high quality and efficient customer service through daily customer management. Proactively manage the requirements from customers in in coordination with the sales, in order to secure and even expand business opportunities.
  • Take ownership of OTC digital projects in ECR CSO team.
  • Maintain daily relationship with customers. Enhance ECR China's impression externally.

Main Tasks:

  • Daily order processing. Be expert with the whole process of Order to Cash, including Master Data Maintain, Order Processing, Customer Credit Management, NCM Management, Logistic Tracking and Billing Tracking
  • Order management performance monitoring using dedicated KPIs and reporting, and coordinate for the shipping and delivery, information/inventory/credit administration.
  • Provide Order Management Related expertise and information to business, functional counterparts and customer services community for continuous process improvement and system harmonization.
  • Support all kinds of UAT in system change and feedback to Information Services Team.
  • Customers' complaint handling and coordination internally.
  • Implement key customer visits to hear the voice from customers. Collect customer idea. Drive weak point enhancement and change management in customer relationship. The purpose is to increase customer experience.
  • University Degree
  • 3 years + working experience in Supply Chain and Order to Cash function.
  • 1 year employment contract with BASF
  • Very good knowledge in SAP SD Module.
  • Good mindset of customer oriented.
  • Good presentation skill.
  • Good data analysis skill.
