We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our marketing team as a Southeast Asia Distributor Marketing Senior Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the distributor market in Southeast Asia and working closely with our distributors to execute marketing campaigns in line with our brand guidelines.

This role in the short term based in Shanghai or Melbourne, and will need to relocate to Singapore within 1-2 years.

Your mission

– Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Southeast Asia distributor market

– Work closely with distributors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives

– Ensure all marketing activities are in line with brand guidelines and standards

– Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth

– Collaborate with marketing team of distributors to develop marketing materials and assets that cater to local needs

– Provide regular updates and tracking reports on marketing performance of distributor markets

– Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders

– Travel to distributor locations as needed to provide support and guidance

Your story

– Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a distributor marketing role

– Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

– Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

– Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages in Southeast Asia region is a plus

– Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia region as required
