This position reports to

Quality Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to Lead the lab team to ensure Lab safety and achieve company and projects objectives; Create the products test plan, test execution and test report based on products, application and testing standards; Continuously optimize the lab workflow and management system, improve the lab testing capacity and personnel capability, deliver high-quality experiments, ensure the project schedule and improve product reliability; Responsible for organizing and supervising the lab CNAS management system running and continuous improvement, establish a robust lab system; Continuously optimize the laboratory management process and promote digitalization.
1. Leading the lab team (including software testing team and outsourcing) to achieve company and projects objectives, identify and solve the issue
2. Develop and supervise the implementation of lab occupational health and safety norms to ensure the lab operating in safety
3. Create the products test plan, test execution and test report based on products, application and testing standards
4. Maintain the lab equipment, plan and improve the lab testing capacity
5. Responsible for the test plan and test execution of product conformity audit and certification verification, highlight the non-conformity and push the improvement
6. Organize the training to lab testing engineers and testers, improve the personnel competence and efficiency
7. organizing and supervising the lab CNAS management system running and continuous improvement, establish a robust lab system
8. Optimize the lab management process, drive lab operation and data digitalization by implementing the new tools, methodology and software.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical and Automation related professional, digitalization experience was preferred.
  • 8 years or above experience in Lab or R&D, familiar with lab management and R&D procedure.
  • Familiar with LV power system and equipment, products and testing related standards.
  • Familiar with the lab testing procedure and method, experience in CNAS lab as preferred.
  • Proficiency skill for Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Familiar with Minitab or Power BI as preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.
  • Good teamwork and leadership.
  • Good communication skill.
  • A very strong learning ability.
  • Pursue for perfection.
