The role involves providing administrative support and clerical expertise to the Food and Beverage department, addressing guest and employee inquiries efficiently, courteously, and professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons' policies. This position is integral to the Food and Beverage department, reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities:
Execute administrative tasks such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, sorting mail, coordinating appointments for the Director of Food and Beverage, and answering phones in accordance with Four Seasons standards. Draft correspondence, reports, letters, and memorandums; manage incoming mail and gather necessary information for responses; take and distribute minutes for departmental and divisional meetings. Assist in special projects, which may include mailings, competitive surveys, menus, or other assigned tasks; maintain and order office supplies.Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant-related field, or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in operating computer equipment, including word processing and spreadsheet software. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to the dynamic needs of the operation. Basic computer skills for online training are required. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English and Chinese is necessary. Ability to anticipate and prioritize guest needs proactively. A professional demeanor and energetic approach to work are essential.What we offer:
