This position involves providing administrative support and clerical expertise to the Food and Beverage department while addressing guest and employee inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner to ensure maximum satisfaction in alignment with Four Seasons' standards. This role is part of the Food and Beverage team, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities:
Execute administrative tasks such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, sorting mail, coordinating appointments for the Director of Food and Beverage, and answering phones in accordance with Four Seasons standards. Draft correspondence, reports, letters, and memorandums; open and review incoming mail and, when necessary, gather information for responses; take and distribute minutes for departmental and divisional meetings. Assist in completing special projects, which may include mailings, competitive surveys, menus, or other assigned tasks; maintain and order office supplies.Qualifications:
At least one year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant-related field, or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in operating computer equipment, including word processing and spreadsheet software. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation. Basic computer skills for online training are required. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English and Chinese is necessary. Ability to anticipate and prioritize guest needs proactively.
