About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Associate to join our Medical Product Division Sale Team in Guangzhou. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales forecasts in specific geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop profitable sales opportunities and proactively make sales calls to drive business growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to align with Gore's business needs.
  • Ensure effective KOL management, market data collection, and build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with other product specialists to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Implement value pricing principles and be a value seller, skilled in the use of premise-based forecasting techniques.
  • Implement Gore's product strategy and understand customer needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in medical or medicine.
  • Proven sales background with a minimum of 5 years in the medical devices sales area.
  • Clinical background in interventional areas or sales experience in this environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and passion, ensuring the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Commercial acumen, high integrity, and capable.
  • Ability to travel extensively up to 60% and attend weekend conferences as required.
