Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
- Provide consultative expertise to clients on programmatic marketing solutions, including campaign development and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in ad sales, with a strong background in programmatic marketing.
- Deep knowledge of major ad-tech/mar-tech stacks, including DSPs, ad servers, web analytics platforms, DMPs, and CRM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with global clients and partners, with a strong understanding of international marketing and sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
