Salary
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description


This role will involve working closely with various business stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, generate high-caliber talent, and close top candidates in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to leverage your extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop effective recruiting mechanisms by deeply understanding teams' organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses, and key business drivers.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, gauging chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation.
  • Consult on ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.
  • Participate in full-cycle recruiting efforts, emphasizing assessment skills to evaluate candidates and ensuring the highest bar.
  • Manage data associated with the recruitment process, using data-driven thinking and systematic approaches to achieve operation excellence.
  • Implement recruitment tools/systems in region through active collaboration with global contacts.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 1+ years recruitment experience in medium to high volume, high hiring-bar environments (mixed experience in agency and corporate preferred).
  • Fluent English language skills as a working language.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
  • Strong learning skills and self-driven attitude.
