Technical Application Services Manager Professional

SAP, a global leader in end-to-end business application software and related services, is seeking a skilled Technical Application Services Manager Professional to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience in customer account services, relationship management, or a similar role, as well as hands-on experience in at least one SAP Solution Area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, promoting service excellence, and upselling CAS offerings while ensuring the successful execution of the CAS engagement, including meeting margin and revenue targets, exceeding customer expectations, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of SAP Portfolio & Offerings, excellent documentation, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer engagement and promote service excellence
- Upsell CAS offerings and ensure successful execution of the CAS engagement
- Manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate closely with other SAP stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination across all aspects of the customer engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT & Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in customer account services, relationship management, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience in at least one SAP Solution Area
- Solid understanding of SAP Portfolio & Offerings
- Excellent documentation, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is a regular full-time position with an expected travel requirement of 0-10%.
