Responsibilities:

  • Data input and management in systems.
  • Cross-checking bills of lading with clients and preparing shipping instructions.
  • Managing payments to carriers and billings to clients.
  • Coordinating with carriers for final sea waybills, telex releases, and original bills of lading.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth shipments.
  • Checking reports related to shipments and business.
  • Communicating with vendors, carriers, and operations teams to complete related tasks.
  • Supporting account managers in providing reports for VIP customers.

Requirements:

  • Junior college degree, preferably in logistics.
  • At least half a year of working experience in ocean exporting and logistics.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Understanding of common INCOTERMS.
  • Familiarity with shipment modes and types.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills in Excel and Word.
  • Basic reading and writing in English (CET-4 is a priority).
  • Knowledge of shipping and documentation, including proforma/commercial invoices, packing lists, bank drafts, COA, and CO.
