Job Title: Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our OKRs, focusing on growing our China E-commerce logistics business and cargo freight forwarding services.
  • Team Management: Lead the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team, ensuring they have the skills to meet business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions that impact our business, particularly in the logistics, air cargo, freight forwarding, and cross-border e-commerce sectors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the logistics, air cargo, freight forwarding, or cross-border e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with key cross-border Ecom Marketplace and airlines.
  • Strong ability to develop customized air freight solutions based on client requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, data, and customer behaviors to create actionable sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
