Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Director of Field Services to provide leadership and direction to our field operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving service performance and results for our domestic semiconductor customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute service strategy, including resource management, customer satisfaction, and margin performance.
  • Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area, including customer service commitments and solution development.
  • Interface with internal and external customers on business and operational issues.
  • Ensure the site maintains a workforce with the requisite skills and capabilities to meet current and future customer service requirements.
  • Define performance metrics and report on the site's progress against business unit and account-specific goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred.
  • 20+ years of experience in field services leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Materials' global standards of business conduct.
