Problem Resolution:

  • Address all aspects of machine performance, aiming for a high first-time fix rate with minimal parts usage.
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting and identify root causes of issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team for swift resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team performance and service quality.

Quality and Safety:

  • Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is maintained and inspected regularly.
  • Adhere to established quality and health and safety standards.

Database and Inventory Management:

  • Accurately manage and report data.
  • Aim for a high first-time fix rate and minimize recalls while optimizing labor and parts usage.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years, with at least 5 years in field service roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in Electrical and IT networking, with a comfort level in using computers and software.
  • Travel: Medium travel required within the country; a valid driver's license is necessary.
