Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inforce Management Specialist to join our team at Manulife. As an Inforce Management Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators in our existing business and reporting to management on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators in our existing business to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize business performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of business plans.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our business remains competitive.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in insurance pricing, product development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in R, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
