Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inforce Management Professional to join our team at Company 43 - Manulife-Sinochem Life Insurance Co. Ltd. This role will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators in our existing business, organizing regular meetings to report to management, and tracking and following up on meeting decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities in our existing business to drive growth and development of our channels.
  • Assist in product pricing and evaluation work.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Regional Office and other BU IFM teams.
  • Establish a mechanism for monitoring relevant company experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as actuarial science, finance, insurance, mathematics, or statistics.
  • At least 10 years of experience in product pricing, evaluation, or a related field in the life insurance industry.
  • North American Actuarial Society (SOA) Fellowship or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in R, Excel, PowerPoint, and other statistical analysis software or office tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong logical ability, active thinking, and high stress tolerance, with a willingness to innovate.
