Senior Category Manager

Wayfair is seeking a Senior Category Manager to join our Asia market team. As a key member of our category management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing category strategies in alignment with Wayfair's business goals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive supplier development and negotiate business terms
- Analyzing supplier and category performance to determine tactical next steps and strategic vision
- Negotiating with existing suppliers to optimize performance and cost base
- Escalating issues to senior leadership as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Proven track record of success in developing relationships with stakeholders and negotiating to drive multi-departmental projects
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Experience in building business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint expertise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
