Job Summary


FedEx is seeking a skilled Customer Financial Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Utilize technology and data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements



  • One year of related work experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Secondary education (O'Level or Form 5) or equivalent
