About the Role:

This role is part of the People and Culture department, reporting to the People and Culture Manager. The successful candidate will assist with the direction of all aspects of the People and Culture division, including employee recruitment and retention, employee activities, employee communication, employee movement, and employee relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new hires' check-in formalities, including preparing welcome kits, offer letters, and labor contracts, and checking in new hires in the HR system.
  • Plan and organize employee activities, including annual parties, family days, sports days, and talent shows.
  • Trace and celebrate employees' anniversaries.
  • Assist with maintaining employee facilities and perform daily walk-throughs with other P&C team members to provide feedback to the P&C Manager.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent communication of People and Culture information to employees.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant-related field or other equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of hotel fire, life-safety systems, and equipment.
  • Ability to exert security-protecting ability by using one's own suit.
  • Being calm, patient, and service-oriented, with a passion for teamwork, fairness, and responsibility.

Schedule & Hours:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • The working hours will primarily be early mornings and days, during weekdays and weekends.
