About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People and Culture Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will assist the People and Culture Manager with the direction of all aspects of the division, including employee recruitment and retention, employee activities, employee communication, and employee movement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new hire check-in formalities, including preparing welcome kits, offer letters, and labor contracts.
  • Plan and organize employee activities, such as annual parties, family days, and talent shows.
  • Trace and celebrate employees' anniversaries.
  • Maintain employee facilities and perform daily walk-throughs with other P&C team members.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent communication of People and Culture information to employees.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant-related field.
  • Good knowledge of hotel fire, life-safety systems, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
