The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Agoda in Shanghai. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and account management of a portfolio of large hotel chains.

In This Role, You'll Get To:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improve performance for our hotel chain partners.
  • Evaluate and optimize our partnerships with hotel chains to ensure we have access to the best possible products and services.
  • Negotiate and implement agreements with senior and executive-level hotel chain partners.
  • Work closely with our Key Accounts Director and other senior stakeholders to develop new products and business development opportunities.
  • Share market knowledge and best practices to drive growth and efficiency across the organization.
  • Collaborate across functions to achieve targets and develop strategies to scale for success.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

  • 8+ years' experience in a key account management role, preferably in the e-commerce or travel industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hotel chain partners.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different cultures and languages.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
  • Experience with travel technology and hotel systems, including CRS, PMS, GDS, CM, and APIs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics, with the ability to use visualization tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
  • Details-oriented personality with the ability to solve complex issues and work collaboratively across international cultures and functions.
