Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Manager to join our team at AVIAREPS. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the accounting and financial operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting and financial close process, including ensuring all costs are properly recorded and reviewed.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership across processing, reporting, and month-end closing activities for Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, and Travel & Expense Processing.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsels to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
  • Analyze contracts with clients and establish a process to monitor and report revenue.
  • Prepare summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget.
  • Actively review and advise on financial and accounting processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting or related fields.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese accounting standards, tax knowledge, and foreign currency regulations.
  • Accounting software/SAP system skills.
  • Strong computer skills (e.g. MS Office).
  • Strong research ability, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, able to multi-task and work independently under deadline.
