Job Summary:


We're seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative II to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.


Responsibilities:



  • Achieve planned growth for revenue and bookings in assigned accounts/territory.
  • Analyze current market trends and discover areas for sales enhancement.
  • Qualify potential enterprise service business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Develop sales strategies to effectively respond to competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and overcome obstacles.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience in laboratory/chemical products.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Open-minded, agile, and adaptable to change.
  • Proficient in office software such as Excel and Word.
