HR Business Partner

About the Role:
The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and improving organizational effectiveness in Visteon's technology center. This individual will partner with functional business leaders to identify key business focus areas and develop talent strategies to improve performance and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize organization design, talent assessment, and development to drive business outcomes.
- Influence and drive talent strategies to impact business outcomes.
- Lead key talent transformation and change initiatives with the highest business impact.
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Leverage HR analytics to advise business leaders on key people metrics.
- Implement and manage employee engagement and communication initiatives.
- Drive people-related initiatives and offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Ensure talent alignment through talent gap analysis and diverse workforce integration.
- Establish site-based cultures for engagement, inclusivity, productivity, retention, and community spirit.
- Facilitate regular operating reviews for key talent insights, risks, and recommended change priorities.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Organizational effectiveness in the technology center.
- Efficient workforce planning.
- Employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR management, business, or psychology.
- 10+ years of relevant experience as an HR business partner, preferably in a technology center.
- Complete understanding and application of human resource principles, concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Broad knowledge and experience in applying HR tools and techniques as a generalist.
- Experience in supporting an organization experiencing global growth.
- Experience in organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, business consulting, coaching, and development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with advanced skills in active listening, problem definition, problem resolution, research, analysis, and executive briefings/reporting.
- Good team player, self-initiative, and ability to work under pressure in a multi-tasking environment.
