Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Specialist to join our global IT team in the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing regional IT security, ensuring the integrity of our IT services and compliance with corporate directives and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional IT security in accordance with corporate policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with regional, global, and external teams to maintain highest standards of security and identify mitigation strategies.
- Implement practices and policies for cyber security and data protection, adhering to industry regulations.
- Communicate regional plans, demands, and improvement areas to global teams, driving service management enhancements.
- Engage with stakeholders to proactively communicate global directives, roadmaps, and programs, fostering awareness and local planning.
- Participate in disaster prevention and recovery planning, responding to security incidents and breaches.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT services and infrastructure, including networking, servers, cloud computing, and mobile devices.
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent knowledge gained through education, training, and experience.
- Experience in IT security, application security management, project management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Able to work flexibly within tight time schedules, manage tasks efficiently, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
