Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in the Hardlines products area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customized chemical services to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with the Retailer team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with team members to design and execute market activities, seminars, and workshops to promote chemical services.
- Coordinate projects with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in TIC industrial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong English reading and writing abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and take on new challenges.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
