Partnership Business Development Lead

As a seasoned B-to-B business development professional, you will lead the partnership business development across business lines of AIG China, focusing on Accident & Health to achieve growth and financial targets.
You will identify, approach, negotiate, and close business deals in targeted segments independently, with support from functional colleagues. Closely monitoring sales performances of launched partnership deals, you will be able to identify root causes for under-performance and propose and execute action plans to improve financial outcomes.
Maintaining excellent partner relations to ensure business objectives are achieved in a win-win approach, you will actively manage sales pipeline tools (salesforce) and make sales reportings for management review purposes.
Staying updated on the insurance market evolution, with a focus on digital and Accident & Health areas, you will provide market insights to the product development team to timely identify market needs and corresponding solutions.
Requirements- Demonstrated B-to-B business development or account management experience in the insurance ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully launching a partnership deal with targeted financial results achieved, preferably in digital or Accident & Health insurance ecosystem.
- Consultative selling abilities and experience to offer tailored solutions with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- English literacy with a Bachelor's Degree or above.
