Technical Partnerships Manager for Travel Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Partnerships Manager to join our Retail Partnerships team at Distribusion Technologies GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and performance of our key B2B partnerships in the travel retail sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage our China-based online channel partnerships, ensuring their trading performance and partner satisfaction are at the highest level.
- Provide technical consultation to new partners during the implementation of our API and other products, ensuring certification standards are met.
- Develop and execute growth initiatives of commercial and technical nature to drive business results.
- Project manage partner initiatives, coordinating between external stakeholders and internal teams across integrations, product, business development, and finance.
- Act as the ear to the market for further product development, gathering common requirements and guiding prioritization to keep our technologies ahead of the curve.
- 4+ years of work experience in a high-growth company, preferably in the technology/software industry, travel agency, transportation, or logistics sector.
- Proficiency in coordinating and leading projects across product, engineering, customer support, sales, and finance teams.
- Experience with APIs and Postman.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
