Relationship Manager, Agent Partnership

At Flywire, we're seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager, Agent Partnership to join our team. As a key member of our China operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our agent partners, driving growth and user utilization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize user utilization and growth through our agent partners.
- Collaborate with our Flywire Agents team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to increase payer utilization.
- Provide exceptional support to our existing agent partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing communication.
- Present Flywire's products and services to agents and partners in a consultative and educational manner.
- Organize and attend events and expos to promote Flywire's presence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in the Tech industry or International Education China outbound.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to address all levels, including senior executives.
- Proven attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
