- Ensure projects are completed on time and achieve expected targets.
- Ensure that the ROI of projects achieves the average level of our company.
- Copy the promotion model of other regions in the area of responsibility.
- Support regional sales to achieve business goals.
- 3-5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related industries.
- Minimum 3 years in sales or marketing functions.
- MNE sales experience preferred.
- Good data analysis capacity.
- Good understanding of the China market and healthcare policy.
- Diabetes experience preferred.
- Experience in low-tier markets preferred.
