Your Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support to all AP locations regarding a range of customs-related matters.
  • Oversee and enhance legally compliant customs procedures, particularly focusing on customs preferences utilizing the MIC tool.
  • Manage internal workflows and external partnerships to ensure adherence to AEO-F standards.
  • Assist in logistics cost assessments and calculations.
  • Conduct audits and evaluations of processes related to air cargo security.
  • Analyze freight and logistics cost statements to guarantee accurate billing in accordance with contracts.
  • Plan and facilitate the rollout of Assist freight.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on the aforementioned topics.

Your Qualifications

  • A degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field with a specialization in logistics.
  • Significant professional experience in logistics and customs is essential.
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP modules including MM, PP, SD, Warehouse Management, and Atlas.
  • Proven experience in executing logistics projects within the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • A methodical, analytical, and meticulous approach to work.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Possess international and intercultural experience, along with a strong willingness to travel.
