Service Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Captain to join our team at Amanjena Marrakech. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that our restaurants meet the highest standards of luxury and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our F&B team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that our restaurants are well-prepared to receive guests, with attention to detail on lighting, music, and overall ambiance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient supplies to meet guest demand.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in our restaurants.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or resort, with a strong background in F&B operations.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and creative skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Language: Fluent Mandarin and proficient in English communication.
- Eligibility: Eligible to work in Shanghai.
